Register through the secure On-line Registration System of Web site at http://icnct-12.umin.jp/. On-line Registration System will be opened from 1st March to 15th September 2006. Registration will be considered complete after full payment of the Registration fee. If you have difficulty in accessing the On-line System, please contact the Congress Secretariat. |

In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as follows. Please revise and/or cancel your registration by logging-in to your Personal Page at the secure On-line Registration System of Web site. |

An on-site Registration Desk will be opened at the Kagawa International Conference Hall. On-site registration payments must be in cash (Japanese Yen) and will be charged with the corresponding Late Registration fee. |
